In this edition, we must give 'mad props', as Karthik says, to Butterglory, the topic of both of our listener calls. One guy from Arizona (which is not in Pittsburgh) called to request Butterglory because he heard it last week and liked it. Playing a song from the album also spawned a new caller, who called to ask what it was. Karthik dismissed them with the air of a true radio DJ.

We played Belle and Sebastion again in an attempt to break them into the mainstream, and Tom 7 is practicing his falsetto so he can one day join the band and marry Isobel. ("Fooooooooox in the snow!")

Tom and Karthik busted on REM a bit after playing some oldies by them... we commented how they had all turned into robots, in particular.

Awards this week's show won: Pulitzer Prize, the Golden Globe, Time 'Man Of The Year', Grammy, Nobel Prize, Academy Award.
