We have a new time and day: 5:00-7:00pm every Sunday.
The Photoelectric Effect is Tom 7 (Arnot The Starbot) and
Karthik (The Fresh Prince of Dead AirTM)'s
radio show on Carnegie Mellon's campus radio station, WRCT. We play a lot of different kinds of
music, but if the phrases "indie rock" and "electronica" half
excite you and half give you an uneasy sickly feeling of being
overclassified, this show might be for you.
Note that even if you are not in the Pittsburgh area, you can
still hear the show freely over the Information
Superhighway via WRCT's clever
netcast. Check out Their Site. (Be sure

When we're able, we put the playlists from our shows on the web page
here. Available are some of the shows from Spring 1998; Later shows might
appear if Tom 7 recovers from his typing injuries. Due to his vastly
immense musical knowledge, Karthik has promised to do artist information
pages eventually.
Some day we hope to have the initiative to record and mp3-ize one of our
shows for those of you blessed with inconvenient timezones and who can't
Listen Live At Home.
